First I would like to thank you for joining me here and being interested in who I am and what Renewable U is. I am a Wife, a Mother, a Daughters and a remote Corporate America worker and a traveler/travel agent. One of the topics that I will talk about often is traveling. I have been fortunate to have traveled to many places around the world and I really enjoy it. I enjoy the researching, planning, creating the memories and reflecting on those times with family and friends when scrolling through my photos and keepsakes., as well as helping others plan for their own travel. Other areas of my life that I will also share about are related to health and wellness, nutrition, fitness, mental health, female health and body image. All aspects have been quite a journey for me and some topics are not discussed as mush as other but I will do my best to be open in these areas as well.
